Adesanya: "Rematch with Strickland will happen sooner or later"

Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya stated that he would like to get even with Sean Strickland for the defeat in September last year.

“The fight with Strickland won’t be long. I look forward, look a little into the future, but I don’t try to focus on it. And I just know that the rematch with Strickland will happen sooner or later. Now I am in good condition from the point of view of physical and mental health and I know for sure that in that fight I was not myself.

Sean is a great fighter. He was also a good champion. I mean, he did what he had to do. Even the way he beat me was impressive, it was his moment,” Adesanya was quoted as saying by MMA Mania.
