Johnson against Adesanya vs Du Plessis

Demetrius Johnson, ONE flyweight champion, spoke about the future career of the former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya.

“I am against Izzy fighting du Plessis because Izzy is not ready enough. If you add pressure, clinch and leg penetration to Izzy's amazing kickboxing, he will once again become the middleweight champion. He will defend the belt 11 times. I will always root for Izzy because I am his biggest fan. But as a martial artist, I'll tell him, 'You need time to develop those aspects of your style that I see you're lacking,'" Johnson said on The MMA Hour.
