Harry insists on fighting Covington: 'I'll kick him out of the top 15'

Undefeated Irish welterweight Ian Harry does not give up trying to get a fight with the former interim division champion American Colby Covington.

“Colby is out of options, he’s lost three title fights. He simply has no options. Who else will they put against him? He won’t agree to a fight with a grappler, that’s for sure. He won’t fight Thompson either - what’s the point of this fight?

Covington will do what he's told. He will fight a young promising player, so I can kick him out of the top 15 division,” MMA Mania quotes Harry.

Let us remember that at the UFC 298 tournament, which took place last weekend in Anaheim, Harry won a split decision against Geoff Neal.
