Legendary American boxer Roy Jones Jr commented on the postponement of the fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion between Tyson Fury And Alexander Usik.

“Specially make a dissection? I don't think it was like that. When something like this happens, it’s drama. I believe that he did not plan to receive a cut and 11 stitches. This is difficult to pull off. It's better to twist your ankle already while jogging than to plan on cutting it.

I understand Usik’s point of view, but I don’t think Fury did that. Tyson never avoided anyone from the very beginning,” Fight Hub TV quotes Fury as saying.

Let us remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury was planned for February 17 in Riyadh, but the Briton withdrew due to a cut he received during sparring. The boxers are now scheduled to meet on May 18th, with the venue remaining unchanged.
