Sterling explained why he lost to O'Malley and why he is moving up to featherweight

Aljamain Sterling, the former UFC bantamweight champion once again recalled his early defeat to Sean O'Malley. He also explained why he decided to move up to the featherweight division.

“Just the thought of doing weights made me feel nauseous. People always told me that I had an easy time losing weight and that I looked great. In fact, everything inside me was dying. I was in a lot of pain and lasted for a long period of time. This is why I performed so poorly in my last fight. I lost a lot of strength during weight loss, and my cardio deteriorated. Let's see if I can be the same at 145 pounds..." Sterling said.

Let us remind you that on April 13 at UFC 300, Sterling will fight with Calvin Kattar.
