Nickal: “Chimaev didn’t deserve a title chance”

American UFC middleweight prospect Bo Nickal explained why the undefeated Khamzat Chimaev from the UAE should not become the next contender for the championship title in this division.

“I would give Adesanya a title shot, but apparently they are going to give the title to Khamzat Chimaev. I don't think he'll fight until he gets a title shot. Did he deserve this chance? No. He hasn't fought any real middleweights at all. He fought against middleweights less than me,” Nikal reasoned in the latest episode of the author’s YouTube channel.

Let us remember that Chimaev fought his last fight in October last year at the UFC 294 tournament, defeating Kamaru Usman by split decision.
