Arman Tsarukyan, a UFC lightweight, responded to criticism of training camps in Thailand, which has only increased recently.

“In any country there are temptations. If you are prone to temptation, then you will find it everywhere. No, it's just the way things turned out. While Petr Yan and Rafael Fiziev were winning, no one was saying anything bad about Thailand. This is a good place to prepare. Some people like it there, some don't. “I had a really good experience, so I consider Thailand a very good place for productive training and quality preparation for a fight.”
