Deontay Wilder breaks down in tears on The Traitors while declaring he 'CAN'T go on'

Deontay Wilder, the 38-year-old professional boxer, showed an unexpected emotional side on the reality show "The Traitors." During the series, set against the dramatic backdrop of an ancient Scottish castle, Wilder was seen in tears saying,

"I don't know how much I can go on. My heart. I can't do this no more, man. This sh*t is f*****g with me too much." This happened after his influence led to Maks Chmerkovskiy's elimination.

Maks Chmerkovskiy, a 43-year-old dancer from "Dancing with the Stars," was falsely accused of deception and banished during the third episode of season two. He pleaded his innocence by stating, "I promise, no long speeches. I am a faithful."

Real Housewives alum Phaedra Parks tried to console Wilder by telling him not to cry and acknowledging that "It's a hard game." She further added insight into Wilder's struggle by commenting, "He's a champion boxer and so I know doing this for the first time is definitely taking a toll on him."

In addition to Wilder and Parks, other personalities like Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu from Love Island UK, John Bercow the British ex-politician, Tamra Judge another Real Housewives alum along with Bling Empire's Kevin Kreider are part of the show's cast. Kreider addressed Wilder directly in support saying, "Deontay, we need you man."

"The Traitors," hosted by Alan Cumming, pits participants against each other as they vie for a $250,000 prize fund. While 'faithful' contestants work cooperatively to build up the money pool and identify traitors among them, 'traitors' aim to eliminate others quietly to claim all of the prize money for themselves. The tension is high—the ultimate goals directly opposed.

Alan Cumming gave remarks indicating disappointment at how easily faithful contestants were turning against one another: "Faithful, you have delivered another decisive blow. Unfortunately, it was against yourselves," he said gravely before warning about the need for improved team strategy before their next discussion round: "A recalibration is in order... But that will have to wait until tomorrow."

The votes against Chmerkovskiy mounted up quickly with ten deciding against him which caused destructive ripples in team morale and led to Deontay Wilder's visible distress on being part of voting out someone he didn't consider a traitor.

Wilder contemplated quitting after this intense episode which aired in front of millions across America. Strategy and alliance are crucial as teams now must anticipate moves cautiously or they risk handing victory over to those they least suspect—the ever-watchful traitors waiting for their chance to seize it all.
