Chimaev: “Holloway is one of the special fighters”

Undefeated UFC middleweight Khamzat Chimaev explained why he considers the ex-champion in the featherweight division Max Holloway a special fighter.

“Holloway is one of the special guys. He never gives up. Always moving forward. No one can throw as many punches as he can. This is a special quality. Some guys throw 50 punches per fight. And he’s somewhere around 500,” Chimaev said in an interview with ESPN MMA.

Let us remind you that on January 13 at the UFC 300 tournament, Holloway will move up to lightweight for the fight with Justin Gaethje.
