Hearn responded to the “atypical result” of Beterbiev’s doping test

Eddie Hearn, promoter Callum Smith, reacted to the news that the first doping test Artur Beterbiev showed an “atypical result.”

“The result is atypical. Some indicators are elevated, which, as a promoter of a fighter in the other corner, is cause for concern. So we've been in contact with WADA to try to understand the reasons for this. Of course, I understand that their side wants us to be careful in what we say. We just want to know the reason,” Hearn said.

Let us remind you that the fight between Beterbiev and Smith will take place on the night of January 14 in Canada.
