Ngannou said whether he has plans to fight with Usyk

Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who recently turned to professional boxing, said that at this stage of his career his goal is a rematch with Tyson Fury, to whom he lost a split decision in his professional debut in October.

According to the Cameroonian, the British WBC champion will remain his priority opponent even if he loses in the upcoming fight with the owner of the remaining belts Alexander Usik.

“I don’t need a fight with the winner of the Fury-Usyk fight. I need Tyson. He owes me a fight. I don't care which one of them wins. I'm chasing Tyson. Whether he loses or wins, I’ll still fight him,” Ngannou said in an interview with TMZ.

Let us remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury will take place on February 17 in Riyadh. Three weeks later, Ngannou will meet Anthony Joshua there.
