UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan shared his opinion about the promotion’s top welterweight representative of Kazakhstan Shavkate Rakhmonov.
“I like it, I like it. But let’s say he’s not the fighter whose fight I’ll watch. I don’t know... Yes, he is a future champion... But his style is ordinary. He doesn't do anything supernatural. He does everything at the level, but he’s just not the kind of fighter I would look at. Let’s say I watch Albert Tumenov or some other fighter, and if there’s an opportunity, I’ll watch him, and if it doesn’t, I won’t run headlong. Watching Khamzat Chimaev’s fights is very interesting. At first, I actually thought it was hype, that he wouldn’t make it past the tops,” Tsarukyan said.
