Current world light heavyweight champion according to WBC, WBO, IBF Artur Beterbiev made a surprising statement, saying that he would like to try his hand at mixed martial arts.
“I will, of course, say that I would be interested. But everyone says that they are called to boxing. And I would like to fight in MMA. Of course, I would have taken six months to prepare. This is interesting. But how interesting it is for the organizers and the public is another question,” the fighter said.
