Garcia changed his mind about fighting Haney

American boxer Ryan Garcia changed his mind about boxing with the world champion in the first welterweight according to the WBC version Devin Haney.

“Devin missed his chance. He thought it was going to be Haney vs. Garcia, but he had to realize that my name would be first on the bill. His fight with Regis Prograis only sold 35,000 PPV,” Garcia said.
