Askren named the condition for resuming his career

Former ONE and Bellator welterweight champion Ben Askren announced his readiness to return to fighting after a four-year break if the UFC management makes him an offer to have a rematch against Jorge Masvidal.

ā€œIā€™ll say it right now: if Dana White calls and says, ā€˜Jorge Masvidal, UFC 300 or International Fight Week,ā€™ then Iā€™ll retire and take the fight. But only in MMA, because I suck at boxing,ā€ Askren said in an interview with Daniel Cormier.

Let us remember that in July 2019, Askren lost to Masvidal by knockout in five seconds. At the end of the same year, the American decided to hang up his gloves.
