Nurmagomedov retains Bellator championship belt

Usman Nurmagomedov retained the Bellator lightweight championship belt. The fighter’s manager informed about this. He also announced that Usman will continue to perform in the promotion.

“Usman remains the champion. As for his next fight, it will be clear closer to the end of the disqualification, there is no clarity yet,” the functionary said.

Let us remind you that Nurmagomedov failed a doping test after the fight with Brent Primus. The confrontation took place on October 7 at Bellator 300 and ended with Usman winning by unanimous decision.
