Reputable journalist Ariel Helwani confirmed the words of the UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards that he will make the third defense of his title at the anniversary UFC 300 tournament.
Moreover, Helwani revealed the name of the Briton’s opponent - it will be the American who occupies second place in the division rankings Belal Muhammad.
“As Leon Edwards said yesterday, the plan is that he will defend his belt at UFC 300. The opponent he will face will be Belal Muhammad. Shavkat Rakhmonov was also on the list,” Helwani wrote in X.
