De La Hoya addressed Haney, urging him to "break PPV records" with Garcia

Promoter Ryan Garcia Oscar de la Hoya addressed the former undisputed lightweight world champion Devin Haney, urging him to fight with his ward.

“Happy holidays to the world's best lightweight Devin Haney. Let’s break PPV records in a fight with Ryan Garcia!” Oscar said.

Let us remember that in early December, Haney made a successful debut in the first welterweight division, beating Prograis and taking the WBC championship belt from him.
