Covington: “As the American people, we are not giving up.”

Former interim UFC welterweight champion Colby Covington after another unsuccessful attempt to win a full title, he made it clear that he was not losing his presence of mind and was looking to the future with optimism.

“I want a rematch. I'm going to come back stronger. I as the American people, we will never give up. We don't lose, we only learn. We are coming back stronger and that is what will happen in 2024. We're going to take back control of this country, we're going to make America great again and bring back democracy,” Covington was quoted as saying by MMA Weekly.

Let us remind you that on December 16 at UFC 296 in Las Vegas, Covington lost by unanimous decision to Leon Edwards.
