Muhammad: "White gave me his word"

Top UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad commented on the reluctance of the division champion Leon Edwards give him a duel.

“Edwards' opinion doesn't matter. No one is interested in the opinion of his coach either. The only person I care about is Dana White, and he gave me his word. That's all that matters. I am a follower, and the fact that they are afraid only gives me more confidence. You should be afraid,” Muhammad wrote in X.

Let us remind you that on December 16 at the UFC 296 tournament, Edwards made the second defense of his belt, winning a unanimous decision against Colby Covington.
