Edwards' coach on the fight with Rakhmonov: “I doubt he will recover before April”

Dave Lovell, trainer of the UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards, spoke about a possible fight between his ward and Shavkat Rakhmonov.

“There is also Shavkat Rakhmonov, but I heard that the guy had a foot injury. Therefore, I doubt that he will be able to recover by April...,” the specialist said.

Let's remember that Lovell previously said that Gilbert Burns is the ideal opponent for Edwards.
