Edwards' coach chose the perfect opponent

Dave Lovell, trainer of the UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards, named the ideal opponent for his ward.

"If I had a choice, I would want Leon to fight Gilbert Burns. I would pick Burns over Belal because he has more to offer than Belal. Leon has already defeated Belal - the fight was declared invalid, but judging by the first round, Leon won it, and in the second he should have finished off Belal, but there was a poke in the eye,” the specialist said.
