Edwards called the desired gift from Jones for defeating Covington

UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards reacted to the proposal of the current “king” of the heavyweight division Jon Jones.

Earlier, the American congratulated the Briton on his confident victory over Colby Covington and declared his desire to give him a substantial gift - a motorcycle.

“My respect, the greatest fighter of all time. It was an easy job. Your words mean a lot to me. But I don't ride a motorcycle. But I’d take the Rolex,” Edwards wrote in X.

Let us remind you that on December 16 at the UFC 296 tournament in Las Vegas, Edwards defeated Covington by unanimous decision. Jones, like many in the world of mixed martial arts, has harbored a deep dislike for his compatriot for many years.
