Is Dariush thinking about retiring from his career?

Rated American lightweight Beneil Dariush after two knockout losses in a row, admits he may be in a serious slump.

According to the American, if his fears are confirmed, he will consider leaving mixed martial arts.

“I had a great training camp - I was in great shape, I had an easy weight cut, good sparring, and everything was going just great. But I went out to fight and wasn’t myself again.

Now I'm wondering - have I not shown what I'm capable of again, or do I no longer have it? And I need to find out, because if I really don’t have it, there’s no point in continuing and it’s better to direct my efforts in another direction, to try myself in something else,” Spotskeeda quotes Dariush.

Let us remind you that on December 3, Dariush lost to Arman Tsarukyan by knockout in the first round.
