Welterweight Alexis "Lex" Rocha (19-1, 13 KOs) broke and stopped a previously undefeated Blair "Fleur" Cobbs (15-1-1, 10 KOs) in the ninth round in the main event of the evening at the USA Gelen Center in Los Angeles. Rosado hit the floor in the first round after being punched by a 25-year-old Uzbek to the body. It seemed that everything was going to a convincing victory for Melikuziev, but in the third round, the American veteran was able to strike an accurate right overhand to the jaw, from which Melikuziev fell heavily on the floor face down. The time was 1:21. As a result of the fight, Rosado won the WBO intercontinental and WBA Continental Americas middleweight titles.

Bektemir Melikuziev's fight on January 30 on DAZN against former three-time light heavyweight champion Sergei Kovalev is changing its location, and now, instead of Moscow, it will be held in the USA, at the Fantasy Springs Casino arena in Indio, California.
