O'Malley challenged Yan: "He has something I need"

Former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley challenged current titleholder Petr Yan to a rematch.

Today, January 25th, at UFC 324 in Las Vegas, USA, the American returned to the winning track by defeating Chinese fighter Song Yadong on points.

"Petr Yan has something I need. Respect for Merab, if he gets the title shot next, he deserves it, but Petr Yan, you want this rematch, I want that belt. Deal with Merab, and then we're next," O'Malley stated right after the fight with Yadong.

Recall that in October 2022, O'Malley defeated Yan by split decision.
