Della Maddalena responded to Prates' challenge

Australian fighter Jack Della Maddalena, who previously held the UFC welterweight champion's belt, commented on rumors of a potential fight with Brazilian Carlos Prates at the UFC 327 tournament in April. The former champion confirmed his interest in the fight and expressed confidence in an early victory.

"I'm in. He hits pretty well. I think I'll knock him out. The fight will definitely be five rounds," Red Corner MMA quotes Della Maddalena.

Remember that Della Maddalena's last fight was in November, where he lost by unanimous decision to Islam Makhachev.
