The well-known former mixed martial arts fighter, former UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, is confident that lightweight division champion Ilia Topuria does not want to have a fight against Arman Tsarukyan.
Earlier it was revealed that Topuria put his career on hold due to family circumstances. In connection with this, the promotion decided to contest the interim belt between Justin Gaethje and Paddy Pimblett.
"Yes, I think Ilia is running from Arman. I do truly believe Ilia is the most technical fighter in the UFC at the moment, but I also think he feels threatened by Arman. Arman is big and strong. He has clean striking and excellent grappling. It's a tough fight for Ilia," said Dillashaw in an interview with the Jaxxon Podcast YouTube channel.
