Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker stated that he would like to hold his next bout against Sean Strickland in February at a tournament in Sydney.
“I plan to fight in Sydney in February next year. I am looking forward to the opportunity to face Strickland. This bout has long interested me, and I believe it could be a real show. However, I do not expect Sean to come to Australia,” Red Corner MMA quotes Whittaker.
Recall that in his last fight, which took place in July, Whittaker lost by points to Renier de Ridder.
