Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker shared his prediction for the upcoming fight between welterweight title holder Jack Della Maddalena and Islam Makhachev.
The meeting of these fighters will headline UFC 322, which will take place on November 15 in New York, USA.
“I will bet on Jack. He has the intuition, courage, and determination to resist takedowns that Islam will come forward with, and in striking, Jack is just better. From a skill standpoint, I think both have strengths. Jack’s boxing will make Islam regret everything he doesn’t do well. Jack has nothing to lose, while Islam does. He is currently the most desired opponent in the UFC,” Whittaker stated on the MMArcade Podcast YouTube channel.
