Adesanya revealed the name of his desired next opponent: "You will like it"

Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya confirmed that he is hoping to rematch with another former titleholder in this division, Sean Strickland.

“I have already informed the matchmaker about this. I told my coach, the time has come. I know who I want to fight, I have a feeling. You will like this fight, I want a rematch with Sean Strickland,” Adesanya stated on his YouTube channel.

Let us remind you that Adesanya and Strickland fought in September 2023. At that time, the fight ended with a sensational victory for Sean by unanimous decision of the judges.
