Former UFC lightweight champion Sean O'Malley has spoken about his preparation for his rematch with current titleholder Merab Dvalishvili on June 7 at UFC 316 in Newark, S.C.
.
"I practiced grappling more in practice today than I did in all of last training camp. It sounds crazy, but it's true. I know I can fight better than I did in my first fight. It was almost embarrassing.
Seven six-minute rounds of grappling against the top guys. Gotta get ready - Merab is very good. Right now he's considered just about the greatest lightweight fighter ever. And I plan to go out there and knock him out. What will they consider me then?" - O'Malley said in an interview with Ariel Helwani.
