UFC featherweight titleholder Elijah Topuria has spoken out about his decision to move up to the lightweight division.
"I'm the UFC lightweight champion. Absolutely sure of that, otherwise I wouldn't have changed divisions. I don't sign up for a confrontation if I don't know if I can win it. None of them are on my level," MMA Mania quotes the Georgian.
