Irish star mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor confirmed his intention to run for his country's presidency by wearing a "Make Ireland Great Again" cap received during a visit to the White House.
The announcement comes just three days after former U.S. President Donald Trump called the scandalous fighter his "favorite Irishman" during their meeting in the Oval Office.
In an Instagram post, McGregor, 36, called for the election to be held before November 11 this year and once again spoke out against the EU migration pact.

Recall that McGregor has not entered the octagon since July 2021, when he lost early to Dustin Puryear.
