Authoritative journalist Ariel Helwani reported that the American requires six months to prepare from the time the fight is scheduled.
"Well, the clock is ticking ... I'm told John wants six months to prepare after the fight is agreed.
What's six months from now? September? Now I'm sure money decides everything, but it seems like the idea of a fight in the summer - if that's the goal - is starting to slip a little bit," Helwani said on his podcast.
