Famed American mixed martial arts veteran Matt Serra believes Elijah Topuria is capable of winning the UFC lightweight division title.
"I think it will be interesting to see him at lightweight, but I'd like to see him at 145 a little bit more. He's had some big wins, obviously over Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway, but I think he moved up a little prematurely.
I'm sure he can take the lightweight championship belt, but why not go savage and sweep the welterweight division even more?" - quotes Serra Bloody Elbow.
Recall that in late February, Topuria left the featherweight belt vacant and moved up to the lightweight category.
