Makhachev - on Tsarukyan fight: "If I follow the plan, it will be easy"

UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev has made it clear that he doesn't consider Arman Tsarukyan the biggest challenge of his career.

The Dagestani and the Armenian will meet in the main event of UFC 311, which takes place on the night of January 19 in Los Angeles, USA.

"If I give him a chance to work, it will be dangerous, it will be a tough fight. But I will say that all my recent opponents are very dangerous. Oliveira is one of the most dangerous guys in our division. How many submissions he has, how many knockouts he has! Volkanovski is one of the toughest guys in MMA. This is mixed martial arts - all the top fighters here are dangerous. But if I follow my plan in the fight with Tsarukyan, it will be easy," Makhachev said at the press conference.
