The manager of UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev, Ali Abdel-Aziz, has spoken out about his charge's fight with Arman Tsarukyan, which will take place on January 18 at UFC 311 in Los Angeles, USA.

"Makhachev is unbelievably good right now. I've never seen him like this before, just the roof is going off his level. In the first fight with Tsarukyan, Islam was in an unusual situation. I won't make excuses, Arman is a real beast. Tsarukyan will still become a champion, but not now. He is young, his time has not come yet," Abdel-Aziz told MMA Junkie.
