Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya shared his mindset for his bout with Nassurdin Imavov, which takes place Feb. 1 at UFC Fight Nights 250 in Saudi Arabia.
"I still fight because I can. I'm very good at it, downright very good. I almost forgot how good I am. I just recently remembered. And it's good to remind myself of that.
A lot of other people have forgotten, too. And I intend to remind everyone. I know Imavov is good, I like his style. He's a very versatile fighter. But it's not about him, it's about me. I intend to evolve, and I like the way I'm doing it. I still demonstrate the full range of skills in MMA," Adesanya said on his YouTube channel.
