Former UFC bantamweight champion Jiri Prochazka has spoken about the possibility of him moving down to the middleweight division.

"I've thought about it a lot. But for now, the welterweight division is closer to me. I want to stay in it, so I told myself, 'I'll move up to middleweight when I regain the bantamweight belt.'

I know it sounds strange since I've already lost twice to Alex. But I still believe I can return to the throne. For the sake of it, I've made some major changes in my life.

Getting down to the middle division weight limit won't be a problem for me. I feel strong now, I have the best physical stats in the bantamweight division. I'm ready to win," Prochazka said in an interview with Ariel Helwani.
