Blachowicz: "I think Ancalaev should get the fight with Pereira"

Former UFC bantamweight champion Jan Blachowicz believes that the promotion's management should pair current titleholder Alex Pereira with Magomed Ankalaev in the octagon.

"Everyone is wondering why the Ancalaev - Pereira fight hasn't taken place yet. There are already conspiracy theories about it. They say they are worried about Pereira, afraid of his defeat. I don't know. I think Ancalaev should get the fight with Pereira. He deserves it. He has too many wins to be ignored.

Before the Rakic fight, Ancalaev said he was going to show a "new self". But everyone saw another boring fight. I almost fell asleep! But maybe that's his plan - so he can come out against Pereira and surprise him," Blachowicz said in an interview with Home of Fight.
