Brown: "Miocic looked older than his age in the fight against Jones"

Retired American mixed martial arts fighter Matt Brown shared his thoughts on Stipe Miocic's performance in his bout with Jon Jones.

Last weekend at UFC 309 in New York, USA, Miocic failed to regain the heavyweight title, losing to Jones by knockout in the third round. After the fight, the 42-year-old American announced his retirement from the sport.

"As athletic as Stipe looked, I would say he looked older than his age. No disrespect to him, but he fought on straight legs. It seemed like he couldn't move, and why should he? He took a challenge at the highest level with the greatest fighter and he failed," Brown said on the podcast The Fighter vs. The Writer.
