UFC CEO Dana White spoke about his desire to get involved in organizing professional boxing nights.

"As far as me going into boxing - I have a plan. I'm going to implement that plan and we'll see what happens. People have been talking about the decline of the boxing era for 30 years, but we're still discussing it. I've always had an idea of how things should be organized. I don't know if it's possible. We'll see. I'm ready to break into boxing.

All the infrastructure for boxing will be in our Apex Center. And I'm glad I'm only doing it now. I don't know if I'm right that the right time for boxing is now. I think I can give boxing something that other people don't have. The UFC model is working," White said at the press conference.
