Whittaker to Chimayev: "We'll settle our scores another day."

On June 22 in the main event of UFC on ABC 6 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker was scheduled to fight Hamzat Chimaev, but the latter pulled out due to health issues. As a result, the Australian shared the octagon with Ikram Aliskerov, winning by knockout in the first round.

After the fight, Chimaev addressed his failed opponent, writing the following on social media X: "Congratulations Robert. We didn't finish our business."

At the post-tournament press conference, Robert countered:

"Don't jump on me like that right after the fight. I don't want people to do that. Really I've done that a couple times myself. Give me a little break, okay? We'll settle our scores another day."
