White: "I hope Ferguson finishes his career."

UFC CEO Dana White said he hopes former interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson hangs up the gloves after his next fight.

"Yes, I hope Tony finishes his career. I'd like him to retire," MMA Junkie quotes White as saying.

Recall that the 40-year-old "El Cucuy" goes on a series of their seven consecutive defeats. The American will have his next fight on August 3 at UFC on ABC 7 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, against compatriot Michael Chiesa. The bout will take place in the welterweight division.
