Former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight between current holder of the belt Islam Makhachev and Arman Tsarukyan.
"Makhachev fights differently than Khabib. Islam takes more risks trying to finish his opponents and that makes him more vulnerable. Arman will beat him. I came to that conclusion after Makhachev's fight with Porier. If your wrestling is good enough to not let them dominate you and make them fight in the standup, they stop looking unbeatable. So it's a fight I want to see, but I don't know if Makhachev's team wants it," - quotes Alvarez BJ Penn.
Recall, earlier UFC head Dana White confirmed that Tsarukyan will be Makhachev's next opponent.
