Edwards' manager reveals when the Brit will return to the octagon

UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards is highly likely to headline UFC 304, which will be held in July in Manchester. This was announced by the manager of the fighter Dave Lovell.

"The UFC is coming here in July, so Leon will definitely be on the card. Unfortunately, he didn't perform at UFC 300. He could have fought a few guys like Rakhmonov, Chimaev or Makhachev, but they all fasted. We were ready though.

I think the next fight will be against Belal Muhammad. It's not decided yet, but 99.9% I think it will be Belal," talkSPORT quotes Lovell as saying.

Recall that his last fight Edwards held in December, defeating Colby Covington by unanimous decision of judges.
