Glory returns to Rotterdam on April 25 with one of its most meaningful middleweight title fights in recent memory, as champion Donovan Wisse meets Chico Kwasi in the Glory 107 main event. The main card will stream on TrillerTV for $19.99, while the prelim portion is available through the promotion’s YouTube platform.
For American combat sports fans, Glory remains a niche product compared to boxing and UFC, but Wisse vs. Kwasi is the kind of matchup hardcore striking fans usually circle. Wisse enters as the established champion at 23-1 with 10 knockouts, while Kwasi brings a far deeper body of work at 45-6-2 with 23 stoppages and a real chance to shake up the division if he can break through on the biggest stage.
The stakes go beyond the belt. A Wisse win would further strengthen his case as the clear standard at middleweight and push Glory toward fresh challenger conversations rather than unfinished business. If Kwasi pulls it off, the division suddenly opens up, and Glory gets a new titleholder with enough experience and finishing ability to create several viable headline fights.
Rotterdam is also a fitting setting for a card like this. Dutch kickboxing crowds have long treated major striking events differently than American audiences do, with a deeper appreciation for pace, ring control, and clean scoring. That should give the main event a big-fight atmosphere even before the opening bell.
Wisse has to prove he is more than just a steady champion and can turn back a hungry, accomplished challenger without leaving room for debate. Kwasi, meanwhile, needs to show that his strong record translates against the division’s top name under the brightest lights Glory can offer.

How Wisse handles the pressure of a high-level challenger — and whether Kwasi can force the champion into uncomfortable exchanges — should tell the story of where Glory’s middleweight division goes next.
