Three heavyweights failed doping tests after the GLORY 99 tournament. GLORY announced the suspension of Tomas Mozny, Piotr Romankevich, and Sina Karimian following positive doping test results taken during the GLORY 99 event, which took place on April 5, 2025. The samples were analyzed in a laboratory accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

Piotr Romankevich tested positive for two prohibited substances: clomiphene, classified as a hormone and metabolic modulator, and the metabolite of 4-chlormethandienone, an anabolic agent. He received a 20-month disqualification effective from May 13, 2025.

Former K-1 cruiserweight champion Sina Karimian tested positive for boldenone and its metabolite—both anabolic substances. He is suspended for 18 months, starting from May 13, 2025.
