Usyk revealed when he started preparing for fights with Joshua and Fury

Oleksandr Usyk, the world heavyweight champion according to the WBA, WBC, IBF, explained when he started preparing for the fights against Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

“I started preparing for the fight with Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury 10–11 years ago. I even told many people that I would box with them. On one Ukrainian TV channel, the Klitschko brothers said: 'Listen, free up the belts and take a rest.' But I responded: 'Listen, in four, maybe three years, I will be boxing with Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.'

Many said: 'No, no. Ha-ha, it's impossible.' I replied: 'Ha-ha-ha? Why?' And they told me it was simply impossible. But I told them I would do it. And I managed to achieve it because I kept the faith. I pray to God every day. When a person works hard, God gives a chance,” Usyk's words are quoted by the portal Ready to Fight.
